REFUND POLICY

Refunds (if applicable)


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the order completion, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain instances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Order is not delivered on time *(If you are unresponsive to a request, and your order is late then that will not qualify for a refund)
* The work is not done as described or as per your requirement
If there is a valid reason and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business amount of days.

Ready-made Stores : 
Only regular services can be refunded, unfortunately, sale stores/Ready Shopify stores cannot be refunded or exchangeable. Please read all store features and description before you place an order. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace services if they are not delivered as per your instructions. If you need to exchange it with other services, contact us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows up in your account.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary with different banks.
